PRODUCT WARRANTY
We offer a warranty that covers your products from any manufacturing flaws or defects. All products must be registered within 1 month of delivery to be eligible for warranty coverage. It does not cover damages from accidents or misuse. Warranty period varies by product. Please see your product's user manual for more details. To register for a warranty, please complete the Warranty Registration Form with the information below:
- Your Name and Contact Information
- Order Information and Receipt
- Product Registration Number (if applicable)

If you make an eligible claim in relation to your defective ShiftCam product under the product warranty, we will send you a replacement for your product.
ShiftCam Warranty does not cover:
- Products that are not registered on our site within one month after purchase
- Products purchased from a source other than ShiftCam or a ShiftCam Authorized Reseller
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear & tear
- Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
